Hi MyerNore, I think I mentioned somewhere in the comments that I believe it is a good idea to understand how and what ElasticSearch does before you just add an abstraction layer over it. I am not too familiar with Haystack and am not against using it, but I think that it wasn’t as flexible in terms of customization when I looked into it last. Have you used ES with Haystack? If so, what are your experiences with it?
